Beaver Run Trail runs in a north-south direction paralleling wetland and making several creek crossings.

From the parking lot head west on the access trail a very short distance to the point at which it makes a T with Beaver Run Trail. Bear left (south) to begin an undulating route that eventually spills into a floodplain. Several low-lying areas and creek crossings have footbridges while other crossings are left to the hiker's imagination. The trail ascends slightly before terminating at Beech Ridge Trail.

Appropriate apparel, water-resistant footwear, and insect repellent is advised.
