Located within the Halelea Forest Reserve this trail starts in the Wailua Homesteads at the end of the pavement on Olohena Road. It begins as a right-of-way crossing a pasture lease within the Wailua Game Management Area. The trail enters the forest reserve at about a mile. It joins the Kuilau Trail at 2.15 miles. No motorized vehicles are allowed beyond the gate at the trail head on Olohena Road. Commercial use by permit only.

General Information: Do not use any trail or access road that is not delineated by name and color and that may also be displayed on these maps. The marked features are managed for public recreational use. Other trails or roads that branch off from the public features may be on private property, and are not managed for any public recreational use. Access is subject to adjacent landowner approval, and if used without authorization, you will be trespassing and possibly putting yourself at risk.

Directions: From Konohiki, Take the Olohena Road, 2 miles northwest.
