The southernmost point on mainland Canada, The Tip is a landing and launching pad for bird, monarch butterfly, and dragonfly migrations. People pose for photos on the sandy point at the end with Lake Erie on all sides. The end of the sandspit changes size and shape daily. Located 1.2 miles south of the visitor center, The Tip is accessible by a free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes daily from April to October. You can walk or bike there as well.
