Opened in 2006, this modern $7.8 million facility has a high-definition theatre for a virtual adventure to the best spots in the park. Its exhibit gallery includes a full-size lighthouse, a rock "flowerpot" formation, a black bear and rattlesnake. There's a display on local shipwrecks and another on the famous Bruce Trail. Outside, a 65 foot tower provides a view of the park and Georgian Bay. Linked to the Bruce Trail, the center offers a few hiking possibilities right from its doorstep, including a short trail that leads to Little Dunks Bay Lookout.
