From late June to August, a variety of interpretive programs provide insights into the park's wildlife, plants, and history. At the Skyline Trailhead, there's the Moose Interpretation Station, where rangers share information on the park's large and plentiful mammals. Other stations are set up at overlooks along the Cabot Trail. In the evening, the outdoor theaters at the Cheticamp and Broad Cove campgrounds come alive with comedy, music, props, drama, and slide presentations. Offered almost every night in summer, the theater programs cover a wide variety of nature topics, from bears to bats to beech trees. Visitors should dress warmly and bring insect repellant.
