A bridle trail with a staging area close by and length-of-travel options make this a popular ride for local equestrians.

Meh-Te-Kos is a bridle trail that ranges from 2.6 miles to 5.1 miles depending on whether the rider chooses to travel the challenge loop or travel the fields. The trail meanders just inside the park road for 2.6 miles then crosses the park road to terminate at 5.1 miles. At this point the rider may turn around or continue on to intersect with Dogwood Lane or White-Tail Trails. Both trails permit horses.
