Turkey Hollow Trail offers good wildlife viewing opportunity to the quiet explorer.

Turkey Hollow Trail is an easy 3.2-mile loop along a gently sloping grass path. Wild turkeys, songbirds, white-tailed deer, and red fox are just a few of the inhabitants that live amid the habitat of open fields, brushlands, oak forests, and planted pines.

Directions: From Prairie Du Chien, WI, Travel six miles south along Hwy. 18, then turn west on County C and travel another six miles. The trail is located near the park entrance, south of Homestead Campground.

Elevation: 950 feet

Elevation Gain: 120 feet

Distance: 3.2 miles

Difficulty: Easy
