The Hemlock Trail is a challenging but scenic 1.3-mile loop walk to Mt. Pisgah and back. Virgin timber stands enhance the beauty of the lazy Kickapoo River. An overlook provides a panorama of the river valley while interpretive signage provides informative details about the hiker's surroundings.

The trailhead is located near the picnic area where a canoe launch provides access to Kickapoo River. Restrooms are provided near the trailhead.

Directions: From Ontario, WI, Travel Hwy. 33 south for two miles. Bear right traveling about half a mile to a picnic area and trailhead.
