Hikers will enjoy the 5 mile woodland hike around Tobyhanna Lake. The trail offers beautiful views of the 170 acres of water. This is a multi-use trail so mountain bikers are welcome. This trail offers access to Yellow Trail and the Frank Gantz Trail which leads to Gouldsboro State Park. The terrain changes from flat to gently sloped with some areas being rather rocky.
Directions: From Tobyhanna, Pa, Take SR 423 north for 2.1 miles to the state park. This trail may be accessed in a number of locations around the lake, in particular the dam, the picnic and campground area.
