Travel to trailhead parking found along Road 3, about 1.5 miles past the junction with Road 1. Begin on Morgan's Knob which carries you to an overlook of the lake and surrounding community. Retrace steps back to an intersection with Morgan's Knob Loop and turn right (south). Morgan's Knob Loop is blazed with red markers and descends along a ravine dipping below a rise of land. Shortly the trail makes an ascent crossing several creeks, one with a waterfall. As you approach the parking lot, bear right onto Pine Crest Loop. This blue-blazed trail loops 1 mile through a pine woodland with several lovely sandstone outcroppings. As the loop trail winds north, it re-enters near the start of Pine Crest Loop. Retrace steps back to Morgan's Knob Loop bearing right at the junction to carry you back to the parking lot.

Directions: From Cambridge, OH, Travel Interstate 77 to Exit 47. Drive east on US Route 22 for approximately 6 miles to reach the main park entrance. Check with park staff for map of Morgan's Knob / Pine Crest. Trailhead is found along Park Road #3.
