The only original house in its original location of all the Little House book series memorial sites, this is the boyhood home of Almanzo Wilder (the husband of Laura Ingalls Wilder) and the setting of much of the book Farmer Boy. Site includes a museum, visitor center, research library/archives, orchard, and nature trail along the Trout River.
