The blue-blazed Healdville Trail climbs from the base of Okemo Mountain to the 3,343 foot summit. The trail is nearly 6 miles round trip offering a hefty half-day hike. Features along the trail include a fire tower and several lookouts which offer sweeping views of the local ski area. Crews from the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps constructed the Healdville Trail during the summers of 1991-1993.
Directions: From Mt. Holly, VT, Turn off SR 103 by the Wright Construction Company onto Station Road. Follow Station Road a very short distance (about .7 mile) to its junction with the Green Mountain Railroad tracks. Trailhead parking is just beyond the tracks.
