The wide McNaughton Lake Trail affords side-by-side hiking, biking, skating, and skiing.

McNaughton Lake Trail follows old logging roads and is gentle with very few steep hills. The wide surface is grass and dirt.

This is the only trail on which skating is permitted. The skating loop runs around McNaughton Lake. McNaughton is a very scenic trail and is excellent for a beginner. As the trail winds around three different lakes, users will encounter a shelter with a fire ring.

Leashed pets are allowed on this trail only when there is no snow on the ground. Mountain bikers are welcome to use the trail.
