Glacier Ridge Trail is the longest trail in the park offering a views of wilderness, streams, pond and interpretive signage.

This trail winds through forests, crosses streams and offers some views of the Lake Arthur. Designated as part of the North Country National Scenic Trail, this trail extends 14 miles from the western end of the Moraine State Park to Jennings Environmental Education Center. The trail can be accessed at many points, such as PA Route 528 (two connector trails blazed in yellow), Mount Union Road (Twp. Route 10050), Bike Rental Building and McDanel's Launch Area. The trail is blazed in blue.

Directions: From Butler, PA, Travel SR 422 northwest for approximately 8 miles to the state park. Travel past the main entrance and across the lake. Turn right at the next road and follow this park road past the bicycle rental and dump station. Your next left will be a parking lot for Glacier Ridge Trailhead.
