The Quien Sabe Trail #250 goes through the middle of Quien Sabe prescribed burn. The Quien Sabe Peak area burned in June of 1993. Most of this scenic trail is an old mining road.

The trail begins from its junction with Skull Mesa Trail at an elevation of 4080 feet. The trail then drops 280 feet to the head of Mattys' Fork drainage, then climbs to the divide between Mattys' Fork and Skunk Tank Canyon drainage at an elevation of 4400 feet. The trail then drops to junction with Skunk Tank Trail and 4080 feet.

Directions: From Cave Creek, Travel north on Forest road 48 to the Spur Cross Trailhead. To access the Quien Sabe Trail travel on Trail #4 to #246 to find trail #25 0.

Elevation: 4,080 feet

Elevation Gain: 600 feet
