Lake Trail is approximately 2 miles round trip traveling on park roads and walkways. It may be accessed from a number of locations in the park. Shoreline fishing is offered away from the swimming beach along the more remote water's edge. You may hike this path to reach a number of the park amenities including the Lakeside Campground, cabin area, all the trails, amphitheater, visitor center, boat launch and picnic grounds.

Directions: From Latrobe, PA, Travel SR 981 about 2 miles turning right onto SR 1031. Travel is about 1 mile and turn left onto SR 1018 which takes you into the park. OR continue straight on SR 981 for another couple miles and turn right onto Township Road 860 which takes you to the other end of the lake. You may access the trail anywhere along the lake.
