This is a lengthy trail that travels from the cabin area, over to the visitor center, past the high power lines and into the hunting region. The trail goes as far as the service roads along SR 981. It has three interior loops and one spur leading to the water tower. You must retrace your steps back to the visitor center and cabin area traveling past the high power lines once again.
Directions: From Latrobe, PA, Travel SR 981 about 3 - 4 miles turning right onto Township Road 860. This road takes you into the park. Turn right onto Stone Lodge Road. You will pass Hillside Campground, then the cabin area. Make your third right into the visitor center lot. You may access the trail there.
