This gorgeous 50-foot waterfall may be accessed from the Railroad Bed Trail or from the West Windham Road.

The Cobb Brook headwaters begin in the mountains and race down through a mixed hemlock and hardwood forest to a unique series of potholes. Several waterfalls make this a breathtaking geological sight. Note: the path tends to be damp and slippery.

Directions: From Jamaica, VT, Travel a half mile east on Depot Street. After the park entrance, bear right to the large parking lot. Begin on Railroad Bed Trail; trailhead is in the northwest corner by the picnic area. Hike it 2.5 miles to Cobb Brook then another mile to the Hamilton Falls. OR from the tiny burg of South Windham, travel north a mile or so on Baker Hill Road turning left (west) onto Burpee Pond Road. Take this a very short distance making another left onto West Windham Road. Note: when the road forks, bear left. This will take you to the Hamilton Natural Area and the Hamilton Falls.
