The trail runs between Boulder Field and SR 534. The trailhead by Boulder Field is directly across from the field from the Boulder Field parking lot (look for the big yellow blaze on the tree). The path is quite rocky and the steady uphill slope makes the 3.5 miles seem longer in distance. This trail runs through sections of hemlock, spruce and beech forests. Stage Trail intersects Boulder Field Trail at the halfway point.
Directions: From White Haven, PA, Take Interstate 80 to Exit 41. Drive east on PA 534 for 6 miles to reach the park. Parking is available off SR 534 across from Hawk Falls or at Boulder Field.
