This is a 6.8-mile loop trail that begins at the Cox Hollow beach and picnic area. The trail is rated more difficult than the Mill Creek Trail due to its length and steeper down grades. The trail follows along the ridge of the Lost Canyon and passes through open meadows and wooded ridges. Trails are open to mountain bikers May 1 to November 15 unless posted otherwise. Trail passes are required to use the bike trails.

Directions: From Dodgeville, WI, Travel north along Hwy. 23 for 3 miles to the park entrance. Obtain map from park office drive-up window. Trailhead is at Cox Hollow Beach Area.
