The 2 mile trail travels through a stand of larch trees in the park's northeast area.

Larch Tree Trail is an orange-blazed trail that is 2 miles in length. This hilly trail loops around the northeast corner of the park and through a large stand of larch trees. The trail begins along the road just after cutting across the lake tip. It stretches into the northeast area of the park entirely within the no-hunting area. This trail is used by snowmobilers during the winter months.

Directions: From Dallas, PA, Travel SR 309 east to Mt. Olivet Road taking it for 4.2 miles to the state park entrance. Stay on the main park road taking your first left with carries you across the eastern upper tip of the lake. The trail begins along the road just after cutting across the lake tip.

Elevation: 250 feet

Elevation Gain: Minimal

Distance: 2 miles

Difficulty: Moderate
