There are more than 6 miles of hiking trails in the park. Mill Race offers approximately 2 miles of path which weaves through the main park area by the picnic grove, restrooms, fresh drinking water, playground and the beautiful historic nature / visitor center. This is a very enjoyable and interesting trail. You may also fish the Skippack Creek from this trail.
Directions: From Collegeville, PA, Follow Germantown Pike south. Immediately after crossing the Perkiomen Creek, turn right onto Ridge Pike Road. Travel through the park property and turn left onto Grange Avenue. Take your first left onto Mill Road. Follow it to the first parking area. Park there and cross the small footbridge to reach Mill Race Trail which runs along the north side of the creek. You may also access the trail from the picnic groves and along side the Nature Center, which are all on the north side of the creek off May Hall Road.
