This is a very enjoyable trail traveling between the southern end of the lake over to the dam area. At the southern end of this trail, you will find a handicapped accessible fishing pier. You will then travel past two boat launches, the camping area and then terminating at the dam. You may continue on at the dam to reach Pennsylvania's Tuscarora Trail and Horseshoe Trail. Horseshoe Trail follows the northern boundary of the park, while Tuscarora heads north into Buchanan State Forest. You may reach Campground B from this trail.

Directions: From Chambersburg, PA, Take US 30 west approximately 14 miles then turn right (north) onto SR 75. Take SR 75 to Richmond Road which leads to the park. Turn left onto Aughwick Road and then turn right following it to the next right which travels along side the lake. You may park in lot #6 and access the trail by the lake. From here, the trail travels both north and south.
