Three mile trail begins from parking lot #3 and travels into the park's hunting area to terminate on SR 1005. The trail has a very steep area along the southern end. It is not recommended for small children. The trail travels through a hardwood forest but does not offer any views of water.

Directions: From Chambersburg, PA, Take US 30 west approximately 14 miles then turn right (north) onto SR 75. Take SR 75 to Richmond Road which leads to the park. You will be entering by parking lot #3. The trail begins from the south side of the lot.

Elevation: 500 feet

Difficulty: Strenuous
