Adams Run Trail can be traveled in several directions. Approximately half of its length is rugged and hilly and is not recommenced for the very young nor the elderly. At times it follows Adams Run, the boundary between the Park and State Game Lands and the Game Lands service road. There is a total of 2.9 miles of trail, but shortcuts can be taken. The trail is blazed in yellow.

Directions: From Warren, PA, Take US 6 south for about 5 miles turning right (west) onto Chapman Dam Road. Follow this road to the park. Stay on the main park road along the north side of the lake. The trail begins from either parking lot at the end of the road. (The trail is a large loop trail.)
