The Blue Blaze Trail is located in the park's southwestern area. It loops up into the forest but does not have any water views. This is a great trail to take if you are traveling from Ramble Trail and want to reach the Appalachian Trail. It forms an "L" between the two trails. This trail offers one of the park's best opportunities to see wildlife because of its remoteness.
Directions: From Fayetteville, PA, Travel 4 - 5 miles east on US 30 and turn left onto Pine Grove Road. Once you enter the park property, take your first left traveling past the large parking lot. Continue straight to the picnic grove on the left. Begin on Ramble Trail's northern loop which begins at the western edge of the picnic / parking area. Hike Ramble Trail about .75 mile to where Blue Blaze Trail intersects from the right.
