Cove Ridge Trail is buried in a cove at the northeast tip of the park. It is a circular trail that is 2 miles long and blazed with white markers. You may connect this trail with Christman Trail and to Falls Trail which provides a pretty view of a waterfalls.

Directions: From Lehighton, PA, Just off U.S. Route 209, 5 miles east of Lehighton, Beltzville State Park is accessible from the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, immediately off turnpike Exit 34. After passing through toll booth, follow the park signs to Pohopoco Drive. Travel past Beltzville Lake and you will come to Christman Trailhead parking and then just up the road, Wildcreek Trailhead parking. Hiking either trail east past Falls Trail then south to reach Cove Ridge Trail. OR travel past the trailhead parking areas to SR 1001 and turn right to dead-end at the lake. Parking areas dot the road before the dead-end. You may pick up the trail all along the north side of this small stretch or road.
