  • The center has hands-on exhibits and aquaria that focus on the natural history of area estuaries, coasts, and watersheds. It's typically open Wednesday to Sunday and admission is free.
  • From the door of the interpretive center, follow a paved trail a few hundred yards to an observation deck looking over Padilla Bay. From there, take the staircase to the beach. One mile south of the center, you can catch the Padilla Shore Trail.
