Bluff Loop Trail is a wonderful path through reforested area. You will see many pines and a few sweet gum, birch and oak. In the spring, you may be able to see the rare false Solomon's seal. There is usually an abundance mayapples which are the large low-growing leafy plants. The trail travels inland for about 3/4 of the trip with the remaining 1/4 traversing creek side.
