Ocracoke Pony Pens features wild ponies, the descendents of the ponies that have historically roamed the salt marshes for more than 200 years, at this 170-acre property that features the herd living in a mile-long penned area. Visitors can view the ponies from a wooden platform overlooking the fenced pasture and picnic tables are on-site.
