The Lost Colony drama at the Waterside Theatre tells the story of the establishment of the first English Settlement in the New World over 400 years ago, on Roanoke Island. The piece combines drama, dance, and song to celebrate the spirit of the pioneering colonists, and has been the training ground for a number of noted actors since its first performance in 1937.
