  • Go on a tour of this upstate New York cavern led by a cave expert. The tour takes you not only past geological features, but also on an underground boat ride.
  • For a trip on the wild side, take the Adventure Cave Tour, which explores a little-visited side of the cave. Expect to get dirty as you squeeze through tight passages. Luckily all the necessary gear is provided by the cave tour company.
  • If you come here on a weekend, consider taking the old-fashioned lantern tour; it shows the cavern off in an historic light.
