This is a short 1/4 mile loop trail interpreting the history of General Andrew Jackson's march along the Old Federal Road, from Mobile to New Orleans, during the war of 1812. The trail is located south of Hattiesburg, near Janice.

Handicapped Accessibility: The trail surface is made up of crushed limestone gravel. It is easy walking, however, wheelchair users may have difficulties. The parking area surface is made up of hard packed gravel. There are no handicapped accessible parking spaces. Letters on the interpretive signs are raised. Overall, this trail is useable.

Directions: From Hattiesburg, Follow US. Hwy. 49 south to Brooklyn. Take County Road 301 east to Janice. Turn south on State Road 29 for 3 miles.
