• This is one of two ferry companies that operates service between Playa del Carmen and Cozumel. Costs are approximately 140 pesos each way for adults (about $12.50) and 85 pesos for children under age 12 (about $7.50).
• Because there are two companies and you may not know exactly when you'll return from Cozumel, it's wise to purchase one-way tickets, as tickets aren't transferable between the two. If you buy round-trip tickets, make sure you know exactly what time the appropriate ferry will leave Cozumel.
• Waterjet ferries are blue and white. UltraMar ferries are yellow.
