Isla de la Pasion—Passion Island—is a tiny deserted island about 15 minutes by boat from Holbox. Just 150 feet wide, the island has an attractive white sand beach, emerald green water... and not much else. Tour operators (or a local fishermen) can drop you here for the day or afternoon; bring all the supplies you'll need and be sure to arrange a ride back!
