  • Book a panga on the beach to sail from Rincon de Guayabitos to Isla Islote. For about US$20 an hour, groups of eight or less can spy tropical fish through the glass-bottomed boats as they make their way to the island.
  • The beach is pristine, with water so calm you can barely hear its waves.
  • A popular dive spot offshore is accessible only by boat. Grab supplies from a local store before you plunge in.
