She offers both traditional Italian family recipes she has been developing since age 15, and a visually impressive "Mediterranean-American Fusion" menu that changes weekly. Her fusion menu, inspired by trips to southern France and Italy, features dishes like truffled veal, chargrilled local striped bass, and chianti-grilled duckling with escarole sauté. The award-winning wine list includes over 135 labels, and a bar with over 200 bottles.
