Zelo's, formerly called Zebra Square, holds a plum spot on the top floor of the high-tech oceanfront Grimaldi Forum, where you can take in the panoramas of the harbor and coastline from the outdoor terrace. Beautiful people populate the place, making it a bit pretentious and even silly at times, but it's fun to bask in the glamour of it all—after all, this is Monaco. Snazzy cocktails and tapas-style dishes, such as lamb tagine à la provençale and lobster tagliolini, are served. It's also a great place for lunch and to linger over an excellent local wine.
