Located at the Bamburi Beach Resort, Tropical Diving Team Kenya hosts unique whale shark dives off the coast north of Mombasa. These spotted gentle giants are twice as big as elephants, and are said to be the biggest fish in the ocean, some measuring nearly 40 feet long. They feed on plankton and thus are not a danger to humans. Whale sharks are common to the area, especially from September to February. The dive trips can also accommodate snorkelers. Other creatures you may bump into include dolphins, turtles, manta rays, and humpback whales. Tropical Diving Team Kenya also runs popular tours to Shark Point and Stingray City as well.
