Active and AdventureExpert Tips & Helpful Hints
  • This 12,000-acre preserve stretches along nearly five miles of jagged coast. The 50-foot cliffs over the Atlantic are as spectacular as those on Mt. Desert, but more remote, and less visited.
  • Several different trails wind through the reserve land and day hikes or overnight trips are possible.
  • There are three campsites at Long Point Cove. From your tent door you'll look across the Bay of Fundy to the Canadian maritimes.
