General Information: This is a scenic high country. The trail crosses subalpine terrain north of Medicine Bow Ridge, passing by three lakes.
Directions: From Centennial, West access: Travel 17 miles on State Highway 130 and 4 miles north on Forest Road #103.East access: Travel 12 miles northwest on State Highway 130 to Sugarloaf Recreation Area and then to North Gap Trail.
Elevation: 10,500 feet
Ending Elevation: 10,800 feet
Elevation Gain: 300 feet
Distance: 3 miles
Usage: Light
Difficulty: Strenuous
