Shipbuilding exhibits, scale-model boats, and a re-created lighthouse tower are the draws at the main museum, but its two satellite locations are also popular. The museum operates the preserved lighthouse at Cana Island, reachable by a rock causeway, as well as a small facility at Gills Rock, featuring a remodeled 1930s tug.
