This is a beautiful quiet walk through Virginia's deep Alleghany Highlands. The trail is 2 miles long and is blazed with orange marks. A steep 400-foot climb makes this a challenging hike.
Directions: From Clifton Forge, VA, From Clifton Forge, Virginia head east on I-64 to Exit 27. Turn North onto Rt. 629 and travel three miles to the park entrance sign and four more miles to the park office. Begin on Blue Suck Falls Trail which may be accessed from the parking area across from the park office. Continue on Blue Suck until Pine Tree Trail intersects about .2 mile after the water falls. Take Pine Tree until it veers left and Middle Hollow begins.

Elevation Gain: 400 feet
Distance: 2 miles
