The trail goes under Gold Hills Chair Lift. From the right side of the chair left, the trail goes into trees to Jim Town, an old mining camp at mile 1.7. Also at mile 1.7 is the junction with the Crystal Mountain Trail #1163. The trail then climbs to Bear Gap and Pacific Crest Trail and the Henskin Lake Trail #1193 at mile 2.1.
Directions: From Enumclaw, Drive 33.1 miles east on State Hwy. 410 to the Crystal Mountain Road #7190. Turn left onto FR #7190 and continue for 4.2 miles to FR #7190410. Then turn left and continue for three miles to the trailhead on the right side of the road.
