The Quartz Creek Trail is a more difficult 4.4 mile hike or horseback ride. The trail climbs gradually through tall timber to small, open meadows. In just over four miles the trail intersects with the Bald Eagle Trail #650 at Curry Gap near the Darrington Ranger District boundary.

Directions: From Skykomish, Drive 0.5 mile west U.S. Hwy. 2 and turn north on the Beckler River Road #65. Continue for approximately 22 miles to the trailhead.

Elevation Gain: 1,400 feet
