This unmaintained two mile trail near Entiat travels from the end of Roaring Creek Road to the Middle Fork Tail and is open to hikers, stock, motorbikes, mountain bikes, hunting, and fishing. There is some trout fishing in Roaring Creek. Watch for rattlesnakes.

Directions: From Entiat, Travel west on County Road 371 to Roaring Creek Road #5101. Follow to the end.
