From the Texas Falls Recreation Area's first parking lot (north of SR 125) look for the rustic footbridge. The nature trail begins there bearing left and meandering along the Texas Brook toward the Texas Falls Picnic Area. Bear right before crossing the paved road to reach the upper section of the nature trail which takes you back to the Falls. This is an easy walk of 1.2 miles.

Directions: From Hancock, VT, Travel east on SR 125, Middlebury Gap Scenic Drive, and go 3.1 miles. Turn north to reach the Texas Falls Recreation Area. Across the road from the first parking area is Texas Falls. The trail begins across the footbridge.
