Running through the Lake Bob Sandin State Park are 5 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails with 8 footbridges. Much of the scenery offered on the trails are varieties of oak, hickory, pine, dogwood, redbud, and maple. These produce spectacular fall color.

Directions: From Mt. Pleasant, TX, Travel approximately 12 miles southwest on FM 21. Exit Interstate 30 on Highway 37 South at Mt. Vernon. Go .8 mile; turn left on Highway 21; go 11.2 miles to the park entrance.
