- Chateau-d'Oex is one of Switzerland's Families Welcome resorts, and one of its family attractions is this combo cheese making demonstrations restaurant. You can eat the cheese in delectable fondues and raclettes or just watch it made in huge kettles stirred with equally huge paddles.
- Watch cheese-making in action Wednesday to Sunday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
