• This is the outfitter for active families. Choose rafting, canyoning, rock climbing, or biking. For biking, the company drives you by van up the mountain--it's all downhill from there. Canyoning combines hiking, climbing, rappelling, and getting wet in the spectacular canyons of Ticino.
• Funrafting on the Ticino River is a four hour experience, generally available between May and October. The price includes equipment, pick-up service at hotels or train stations, and snacks. Minimum age for funrafting is typically five but check when booking.
• Ask about custom family adventures. The minimum age is five to seven, depending on your choice of activities. Most often the company takes families canyoning in the Onsernone Valley or Verzasca Valley, rafting on the Ticino, or rock climbing.
